Strength and Conditioning

Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 5:30 - 6:00AM

Instructor: Hannah Cornell

This group glass focuses on strengthening as well as conditioning through different formats of programming. This class is designed to have everything be timed in order for everyone to start and stop at the same time but give each person the opportunity to go at the pace they desire or what works best for them. Minimal equipment is needed for this class, but multiple movements are produced. 

Peak Performance

Tuesday and Thursday | 5:30 - 6:15PM

Instructor: Hannah Cornell

Peak performance focuses on strength and conditioning where multiple pieces of equipment are utilized such as; barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, sleds, boxes, slam balls, TRX, and wall balls. Classes begin with a 5 minute warm up then go into stations where the different equipment is used. The stations are all timed allowing members to go at their own pace. The class ends with a timed format of EMOMs or AMRAPS.

Achieve Strength

Online Programming with Instructor Hannah Cornell

Achieve Strength is an online workout program where it provides workouts 3 days a week. Each workout has specific instructions and parameters, as well as videos for each movement in order to make sure they are being performed correctly. This programming gives you access to message and stay in contact with the coach at all times. It also provides you with a community you can be a part of with other people that are doing the same program.

SOULfusion

Tuesday and Thursday | 5:00 - 6:15AM

Instructor: Michelle Mueller

SOULfusion is a creative blend of yoga- inspired flows, short cardio bursts, balance sequences, and strength training exercises all set to crazy fun music. Improves strength, balance, and flexibility, and can help improve overall fitness levels. It is driven by music, movement, and motivation. Every few months a new collection is released, and then a few new sections are introduced at a time. Each workout is different. Some days we focus on more fast-paced sections, while other days we stay in FLOW.
