Fitness Instructor

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Group Fitness Instructor, and a Physical Therapist Assistant (which is what I do full-time when I'm not at the gym).


Helping people improve their overall health and wellness is why I do what I do. Nothing makes me more excited than seeing people improve in their fitness journey.


I was born and raised in Boscobel and love helping our community members. I also run the online training program called Achieve Strength which has allowed me to reach people from afar and give them the tools to help work towards their goals.


Hannah's fitness classes are beneficial to all individuals, whether you're in shape, out of shape, or just wanting to be active and exercise.  Each class lasts about half an hour, and you'll walk out feeling better than you did walking in.  There is no judgment on anyone who comes to class.  We're all there for the same reasons to exercise and have some fun while doing so.  Take a leap and try a class, we'd love to have you.
